A sensational array of activities and facilities is available for the whole family to enjoy. Make a splash in one of the four resort pools, have a game of tennis, challenge the family to mini golf or giant chess, or enjoy a meal and refreshing drink at Galleons Bistro & Bar.
Kids can enjoy a range of facilities that will keep them occupied for hours on end. There’s a pirate themed mini golf course, three playgrounds, splash park, a multi-sports facility, a great outdoor games area, a huge bouncing pillow and pedal go-karts. The fun doesn’t stop there, because when the sun goes down, our outdoor cinema comes to life, screening all the family favourites. For the littlies there’s a shaded wading pool and water fountains to play in.
Galleons Bistro
Offering sensational, family friendly, al fresco dining where you can enjoy a tropical breakfast, lazy lunch, scrumptious evening meal or even a quick afternoon snack. The Bistro is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delicious menu choices include gourmet burgers, pizzas, pastas, salads and Galleons house-made seafood and schnitzels. After dinner, treat yourself to a number of delicious homemade desserts (closed for dinner Sunday and Monday nights during off season).
Located in the Galleons Complex is a Convenience Kiosk which stocks items such as newspapers, magazines, basic grocery items, drinks, chips, lollies and other goodies!
Kids Club
Open 364 days a year, the Resort Activities Crew has planned exciting games, crafts and activities and will run a variety of activities during the day and night in different locations throughout the resort. Some activities are age restricted and will be listed on the program.
Junior Skallywags is specifically designed for children 5 and under. These activities must have a parent/guardian supervising at all times during the activity.
The Teen Only program has specific activities for teens aged 13-17 years.
The Kids Club is not a child minding facility, parents are encouraged to join in the fun and stay with their children during the activities. Please note: Fees and charges may apply for the use of some activities and facilities.
Water Park
Close to the bistro, the Shipwreck Shores splash park is complete with brightly coloured fountains, water pistols, a giant tipping bucket and more. There’s no age limit at Shipwreck Shores, so adults can enjoy it with the kids too. Or why not relax on the sun chairs provided and watch your little ones run amok?
